Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple business units,



with a focus on hiring for immigration consulting, operations, and support roles. This full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad involves managing the entire hiring lifecycle, including role scoping with leadership, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. The recruiter will maintain applicant tracking, manage offer negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s professional and transparent values. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with managers to forecast hiring needs, building talent pipelines, refining job descriptions, conducting reference checks, and supporting onboarding processes.
