Role Description The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating job postings,



leveraging multiple channels to identify talent, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The role also involves conducting initial technical and cultural fit assessments, organizing interview schedules, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The IT Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices. This is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, covering sourcing through onboarding.
