Role Description The Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues related to shipments, and ensuring a smooth flow of information between clients, operations, and partner carriers. Day-to-day tasks include responding to calls and emails, updating customers on shipment status,
