Role Description The MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and promote MICE packages and services. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating rates and contracts,



coordinating with operations and travel teams to ensure smooth event execution, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, providing post-sales support, and staying updated on industry trends to enhance offerings and competitiveness.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Experience in Training or coaching team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Background in travel, hospitality, or MICE industry is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in basic office and CRM software to document activities and prepare reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
