You will build the internal operating system that lets Experience Co. move quickly without becoming messy.

This is a hands-on role for someone with 3–6 years of experience who wants to understand how an entire company works—not remain inside one narrow HR or finance lane.

You will work across people operations, finance coordination and internal systems. You will see where work gets stuck between teams, turn recurring confusion into a clear process, and make sure important loops close without waiting for the founder to step in.

You will not be starting from zero. An external CA team handles accounting, GST, TDS, taxes and audit. An accounts-payable associate manages payment preparation and bank-balance tracking. Several reporting processes are already automated.

Your job will be to make these pieces work together—and build what is still missing.

What you will own

You will run the employee lifecycle. You will make onboarding and offboarding predictable: documents, payroll inputs, access, assets and records. You will keep leave and attendance clean,



answer employee questions and handle sensitive details with care—without creating bureaucracy.

You will keep finance operations moving. You will review payment, reconciliation and month-close inputs; coordinate with our AP associate, external CA team, banks and vendors; and chase exceptions to closure. You will not keep the books or file taxes. You will know what should happen, when it should happen and who must act when it does not.

You will build systems people actually use. When the same reminder, error or question appears twice, you will turn it into a checklist, workflow, automation or clear source of truth. You will use AI to clear repetitive work and protect human judgment for sensitive employee and financial matters.
