Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions, from requirement understanding and sourcing through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Work closely with US clients, account managers, implementation partners, and delivery teams to understand technical requirements, priorities, and hiring expectations.
Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, internal databases, referrals, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit across multiple IT skill areas including Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, QA, Infrastructure, and other emerging technologies.
Conduct thorough candidate screening and qualification, including technical experience, communication skills, location, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
Demonstrate robust understanding of US work authorization and employment models, including USC, GC,



H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT, W2, C2C, and 1099.
Manage requirements received through VMS/MSP platforms, direct clients, and implementation partners, ensuring submissions meet all client-specific guidelines.
Prepare high-quality candidate submissions, summaries, resumes, and documentation while maintaining quick turnaround times.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, collect feedback, and drive candidates through the recruitment process toward successful placement.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database for current and future requirements.
Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and employment terms within approved guidelines while maintaining candidate engagement and protecting margins.
Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview status, and activity updates in the ATS/CRM.
