Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility required for Saturday site visits/client meets upon customer request)
Compensation: Market-Standard Salary + Uncapped Performance Incentives + 100% Company-Funded Travel
About the Role
Lehagen is scaling its luxury automation and security portfolio across South India. We are looking for high-energy Business Development professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset to connect, pitch, and build long-term partnerships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Real Estate Developers.
If you know how to talk design to architects and ROI to builders, this is your platform to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect & Builder Networking: Build strong, active pipelines with leading Architects, Interior Designers (A&D; community), and Project Developers in your city.
* Consultative Pitching:



Spec-in LifeSmart automation and U-PROX security systems directly into premium residential and commercial blueprints.
* In office Demos & Closures: Conduct live site presentations, technical walk-throughs, and work closely with integrators to close project deals.
* CRM & Data Discipline: Maintain complete daily logging of meetings, project pipeline stages, site visits, and client contacts using company CRM and Excel tracking systems.
* Territory Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for your city market, managing accounts from lead discovery to post-sale relationship building.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: 2 to 6+ years in Business Development / Channel Sales focused on Smart Home Automation, Security Systems, AV, Architectural Products, or Interior Fit-outs.
* Network: Existing relationships with local Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai.
* Languages: Fluent in
