Role Description The Assistant Vice President Engineering will oversee end-to-end engineering activities for multiple real estate projects in the Pune Division in an in office, full-time capacity. This role includes planning and supervising project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and coordinating with design, architecture,



procurement, and site teams. The AVP Engineering will review technical drawings and specifications, optimize construction methodologies, monitor project timelines and budgets, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices. The role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic decisions, managing vendor and contractor relationships, and resolving technical and operational issues promptly. The AVP Engineering will also mentor engineering teams, implement best practices, and support innovation in materials, technology, and sustainability.
Qualifications
Strong civil/structural engineering expertise, including project planning, design review, and construction execution.
Proficiency in project management, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation for large-scale real estate developments.
