Your tasks

Providing technical support and troubleshooting user-reported incidents on the platform
Managing and resolving service requests, access issues, and repository-related queries using ServiceNow, Git, and GitLab
Supporting Unix/Linux environments, cloud storage solutions, and platform operations
Collaborating with global teams, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
Documenting incidents, maintaining knowledge articles,



and driving continuous service improvements

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, or Technical Support roles
Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Git, GitLab, and incident management processes
Working knowledge of AWS, ServiceNow, and ITIL-based support practices
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills in English
Experience working in multinational environments; exposure to Agile, Jira, R, SAS, or Python is an advantage
