Role Description The Special Education and Inclusion Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing inclusive education practices across the school, ensuring that learners with diverse needs receive appropriate academic, social, and emotional support. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), coordinating interventions, and collaborating with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessments. The Special Education and Inclusion Lead will conduct observations, support applied behavior strategies where appropriate, and monitor student progress through data-driven methods.
