Role Summary:
We are seeking a mid-weight Graphic Designer to support SRLC's brand and campaign work across digital and print platforms. The role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets while maintaining consistency with SRLC's brand identity. The role requires solid creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design engaging marketing materials, social media content, publications, and campaign creatives.

This is a full-time design role, supporting a consistent and ongoing portfolio of campaigns and requests across SRLC's initiatives,



and demands a designer whose skills are matched by a genuine alignment with SRLC's mission of compassion and service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Design
Design static posts, carousel posts and story graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
Create reel cover images and YouTube thumbnails.
Design creatives for paid social media and Google Ads campaigns.
Maintain and update Canva templates for social media content.
Adapt designs for different platforms and dimensions.
2. Marketing & Campaign Assets
Design flyers, brochures, posters, standees, banners and other marketing materials.
Create campaign creatives for events, fundraising and awareness campaigns.
Design email newsletter headers and supporting visuals.
3. Brand & Asset Management
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
Manage and organize design templates, logos, icons and other brand resources.
Create editable templates for internal teams
