Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Accounting Analyst. The Senior Accounting Analyst will oversee full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role manages accounts receivable and payable, leads month-end and quarter-end closings, maintains general ledger accounts, and prepares internal financial statements. The position collaborates closely with leadership on budgeting,



forecasting, and cash flow management, supports financial analysis and ad hoc reporting, and ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. The ideal candidate identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes to the overall efficiency and integrity of financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Accounting:
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Record and track all financial transactions accurately in accounting systems.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliation for all accounts, ensuring transaction accuracy and integrity.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
• Prepare internal financial statements and management reports.
• Create essential financial entries, including PPD, Depreciation, and Accrual Journal Entries.
