About the Role
Inboxkit builds the infrastructure layer for outbound communication, encompassing InboxKit (mailbox and domain infrastructure), SendKit (sending and campaign platform), Enrich (data and enrichment APIs), and multiply.sh (an AI-powered growth tool for founders). To date, growth has been driven primarily through outbound channels, with minimal contribution from paid acquisition.
We are hiring our first Performance Marketing Expert to take full ownership of paid acquisition, build out the self-serve conversion funnel, and establish the attribution framework required to measure return on marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities
Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels, including budget allocation, creative direction, and bid management
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising budgets specifically targeting the US market
Manage the self-serve funnel end-to-end (advertisement → landing page → sign-up → activation → paid conversion),



with accountability for conversion rate at every stage
Design and implement attribution tracking from sign-up through to revenue generation
Collaborate with the design and content teams to build high-converting landing pages and conduct structured A/B testing
Develop distinct positioning and marketing strategies for four products across four different buyer segments (agencies, GTM teams, developers, and independent founders)
Share performance insights with the outbound and GTM teams to inform broader messaging strategy

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid acquisition for B2B SaaS organisations, with demonstrated ownership of marketing budgets
Mandatory experience managing paid advertising budgets in the US market
Strong analytical capability, with experience in building independent performance reporting
Working knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution methodologies, includin
