IT Staffing company seeking an HR & Operations Admin to support our Hyderabad office, managing HR administration, team oversight, and daily operations for our U.S. staffing business. Key Responsibilities
Handle all HR paperwork: onboarding, offer letters, appointment/exit documentation, and employee records. Issue offer letters and employment contracts accurately and on time
Conduct weekly progress reviews and share consolidated reports with U.S. leadership
Oversee day-to-day activities of India staff, including Bench Sales Recruiters — track submissions, client interactions, and daily targets
Monitor attendance, login/logout timings, and timesheets; coordinate with the U.S. office on salary processing
Enforce office timings, attendance discipline, and professiona
