Role Description The Import Export Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day import and export operations, including preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The coordinator will liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents,



and internal teams to track shipments, resolve logistical issues, and maintain accurate records. The role includes handling customer inquiries related to shipments, providing timely updates, and supporting clients with clear, professional communication. The coordinator will also contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality in BeeonTrade’s global logistics operations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Export/Import Documentation and related paperwork management for international shipments.
Practical knowledge of Import Export processes, including both Export and Import procedures and regulations.
Proven ability in Customer Service, with a focus on responsive communication and issue resolution.
Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and basic regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with MS Office and logistics o
