Role Description This is a full time, on-site Commi Chef role based at Pasta Street in Delhi. The Commi Chef will support the kitchen team in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating of Italian dishes, including pastas, pizzas, salads, and desserts according to restaurant standards and recipes.



Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of kitchen hygiene, assisting in mise en place, following food safety guidelines, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. The role involves working closely with senior chefs, learning and applying Italian culinary techniques, managing kitchen stations as assigned, and contributing to efficient kitchen operations during service. The Commi Chef will also collaborate with the team to support smooth communication between the kitchen and service staff and uphold the brand’s commitment to an authentic Italian dining experience.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Food Preparation and Cooking, with developing Culinary Skills in Italian cuisine.
Commitment to Hygiene and food safety standards, including cleanliness, sanitation, and safe handling practices.
Effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and service teams during busy shifts.
