HomeGuru is building a trusted 1:1 learning ecosystem that connects learners with the right tutors. We are looking for energetic, confident and target-driven people who can help us build a robust tutor community across India.
What you’ll do
* Find and connect with qualified tutors through calls, WhatsApp, social media and your own network
* Explain HomeGuru and the benefits of joining our platform
* Help tutors understand the registration and onboarding process
* Build strong relationships with tutors and create a high-quality tutor network
* Follow up with interested tutors and convert genuine leads into registrations
* Maintain daily activity and registration reports
* Work closely with the HomeGuru team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Who we’re looking for
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Comfortable speaking to new people every day
* Sales-oriented and hungry to achieve targets
* Good follow-up skills
* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and social media
* Someone who can work independently from home and stay disciplined
* Freshers are welcome if they have the right attitude and communication skills
