Role Description The Head of Product Management is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution across our portfolio. This role oversees the product roadmap, prioritizes initiatives, and aligns cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing,



to deliver high-impact solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product goals and success metrics, analyzing market and user data, conducting competitive assessments, and making data-informed decisions on product features and enhancements. The Head of Product Management will mentor and develop product managers, establish best practices and processes, and ensure timely delivery of products that support business growth and customer satisfaction. This position also collaborates with senior leadership on long-term product strategy, go-to-market plans, and revenue-driving opportunities.

Qualifications
Strong Product Management and Product Strategy skills, with a track record of leading high-impact product initiatives.
