We have a suitable opportunity in the UP division at our Pune Plant for the position of Executive - Production. In this role, you will be responsible for technical requirements in order to achieve the best possible yield from the production plan, complying with quality, safety, ergonomics, health and setting rules and performance targets (quality validation, HSE, Performance). You should have 3 -5 years of experience with Manufacturing/FMCG global MNCs in core operations role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage his team to achieve the set safety, health, ergonomic, tidiness and cleanliness, tool quality, cost and tools efficiency objectives
Development of his team according to the goals to reach thanks to information, training, one-to-one interviews and improvement proposals. Develop team autonomy (coaching, ...)
Enforce the UP's standards and involve the teams in improving them
