About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack PHP Developer with exceptional frontend development expertise and strong backend experience in Laravel. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about building beautiful, fast, responsive, and conversion-focused web applications while also developing scalable backend systems.
You will play a key role in the development and optimization of our high-traffic lead generation websites, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams in the US and India. Beyond writing great code, you will help shape the user experience, improve website performance, implement analytics and marketing technologies, and build features that directly impact customer acquisition and revenue.
This is not a role for someone who simply develops backend functionality. We are looking for a developer who understands that every page, every interaction, and every millisecond of performance can influence user engagement and conversion.




What You Will Do:Frontend Development (Primary Focus):
Build modern, responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready code.
Develop reusable frontend components and maintain a consistent design system.
Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Create engaging user experiences with smooth interactions and animations.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketing teams to improve usability and conversion rates.
Backend Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party platforms and services.
Design and optimize MySQL databases, queries, and application performance.
