The Role

This is your launchpad.

As a Customer Success Associate, you are the operational engine behind account health the one who keeps data clean, dashboards accurate, adoption metrics moving, action items closed, and customers feeling genuinely supported. You work closely with Customer Success Managers and the Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure accounts are tracked,



monitored and flagged proactively.

You are the operational execution partner to the Customer Success team, ensuring customers receive consistent, proactive engagement while enabling CSMs to focus on strategic account management and customer outcomes. You will learn the craft of enterprise customer success from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

Foundational Analytics & Health Tracking

Monitor and maintain Customer Health Score dashboards across the portfolio tracking product usage, login activity, adoption metrics and engagement signals

Build and update weekly and monthly adoption reports for CSMs and customers with clean, accurate data

Generate reactive insights when anomalies or dips are identified surface the story behind the numbers, not just the numbers

Maintain CRM hygiene keep HubSpot/Salesforce account data, contact records and activity logs up to date
