Role Description The Conference & Events Intern will support the planning and execution of Startup Story® conferences, meetups, and special events. This internship role is hybrid, based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with event logistics, coordinating with speakers, partners, and vendors,



and maintaining event timelines and checklists. The intern will help manage registrations, communicate with attendees, and support on-site operations such as setup, guest coordination, and session management. Additional tasks may include researching potential speakers and sponsors, preparing event collateral and presentations, updating event-related content on digital platforms, and providing post-event reports and feedback.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with speakers, partners, vendors, and attendees.
Basic familiarity with event planning or project coordination (student activities, college fests, or similar experience preferred).
