Job Overview

The Warehouse/Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of all warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate receipt, storage and distribution of goods. The role is responsible for leading warehouse teams, driving continuous improvement,



maintaining high standards of health and safety, and ensuring excellent customer service.

A key responsibility of this role is to lead the preparation of the warehouse for future growth and oversee the successful implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS)/ERP system, ensuring all warehouse processes are reviewed, improved and integrated into the new system.

Duties and Responsibility

Warehouse Operations

Manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
Ensure the productive receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of all products.
Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock control procedures.
Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Develop and maintain warehouse operating procedures.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Production departments to ensure smooth operations.
