Role Description The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring design and construction activities align with Grèce’s quality and luxury standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The position involves coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors; monitoring work progress; enforcing safety and compliance standards; and ensuring that materials, finishes,



and workmanship meet project specifications. The Site Supervisor will manage site schedules, track milestones, resolve in office issues, and report regularly on project status to leadership. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, supervising site teams, and supporting timely, cost-effective delivery of projects.
Qualifications
Strong site supervision and construction management skills, including coordination of contractors and daily on-site activities.
Experience working with architectural drawings, interior design specifications, and quality control of finishes and materials.
Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and basic local building codes relevant to luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and guide on-site personnel.
