Mandate Certifications:

Professional coding certification is Mandated, including:
CPC – Certified Qualified Coder
CCS – Certified Coding Specialist
COC – Certified Outpatient Coder
CRC or other relevant specialty certifications

Position Overview:

Trevexa Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Coding Manager to lead and manage Medical Coding operations across multiple healthcare client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of U.S. Healthcare RCM and Medical Coding experience, including at least 2 years of managerial experience, with extensive knowledge of coding guidelines, coding compliance, quality management, team leadership, analytics, and coding KPIs.
The position requires a strong operational leader capable of managing large coding teams while maintaining high standards for coding accuracy, productivity, compliance,



and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Medical Coding operations across assigned healthcare client accounts.
Manage large teams of Medical Coders, Senior Coders, Auditors, and Team Leads.
Establish and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly coding productivity and quality targets.
Ensure accurate assignment of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, and other applicable codes.
Ensure coding is supported by appropriate clinical documentation.
Monitor coding accuracy and identify recurring coding or documentation issues.
Review coding audits, quality findings, and coding-related denial trends.
Conduct root-cause analysis for coding errors and develop corrective action plans.
Identify potential undercoding, overcoding, missed coding opportunities, and compliance risks.
Monitor provider documentation deficiencies and establish appropriate query processes.
