About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing high-end wedding films, engaging commercial projects, and professionally recorded podcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
Wedding & Commercial: Edit raw footage into polished, cinematic wedding highlights and full-length films, as well as produce engaging commercial promotional assets.
Podcast Editing: Edit multi-camera podcast sessions, remove mistakes and long pauses, and balance audio for clear, consistent sound.
Short-Form Content: Repurpose long-form podcast episodes into engaging, fast-paced vertical clips (Reels/Shorts/TikToks)



with strong hooks and captions.
Technical Polish: Handle precise color correction, audio mixing, camera matching, and basic motion graphics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in wedding, commercial, and video podcast editing (Portfolio/Reel required).
Experience syncing multiple cameras and external audio sources.
Proficiency in industry-standard professional editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong understanding of modern pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention.
