Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Bengaluru East. The Telesales Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain NoBroker’s services, understand customer requirements,



and recommend suitable solutions. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into successful sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Telesales Executive will collaborate closely with customer support and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, address queries, and escalate issues when required. The position requires meeting daily and monthly call, conversion, and revenue targets while delivering professional and courteous service on every interaction.
Qualifications

Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build trust.
Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture leads, and close deals effectively.
