Role Description
As Area Sales Manager – East, you will be responsible for driving our expansion across the region by building a strong Distributor, Super Stockist and Retail network and delivering sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive primary & secondary sales across the assigned




territory
• Appoint and manage distributors & super stockists
• Expand retail reach, outlet coverage and numeric distribution
• Develop new markets and strengthen existing markets
• Manage General Trade, Modern Trade and relevant institutional channels
• Drive monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Plan beat routes, market visits and sales execution
• Monitor distributor stock, payments, schemes and claims
• Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends
• Recruit, lead and motivate the sales team
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and territory reviews
• Work closely with management on market expansion and new product launches

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

✅ 4–8 years of FMCG sales experience
✅ Strong experience in General Trade & distributor management
✅ Experience in Food, Snacks, Dry Fruits, Beverages or related FMCG categories preferred
✅ Proven track recor
