Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Specialist will engage potential and existing customers, understand their real estate and mortgage needs,



and recommend suitable properties and financial solutions available on the Square Yards platform. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, and guiding customers through the end-to-end transaction process. The role involves collaborating with partner developers, agents, and financial institutions to secure competitive offerings and ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Specialist will also support sales campaigns, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
