Fazinflo Ventures is an AI-powered content and growth company working mostly with B2B and tech businesses.

Our first pillar: we help companies create high-performance creatives and digital assets.

Our second pillar is lead generation and data. We source, research and enrich lead data for our clients, powered by softwares we build in-house which is also our third pillar, and we are scaling this side of the business aggressively right now.

Role & Qualification

You will not be cold calling and you will not be building lists from scratch. We hand you the raw data. Your job is to look at each lead and figure out what everyone else missed.

This is an observation role. For every lead you will dig through their website, socials, job posts, funding news, reviews, team changes, ad activity and content, then extract the specific signals that tell us whether they are worth approaching, what they are struggling with right now, and what angle will actually get a reply. One sharp observation on a lead is worth more to us than fifty rows of surface data.





What you will actually do

Research assigned leads across web, social and public sources
Identify buying signals: hiring patterns, funding, recent launches, agency churn, content gaps, tech stack changes, growth or decline indicators
Write short, specific insight notes per lead that a salesperson can act on immediately
Use AI tools to speed up research and summarisation, while verifying everything before it goes in the sheet
Maintain clean, structured, deadline-respecting output in our trackers
Flag patterns you notice across leads, not just within them

Who this is for

You are naturally curious and slightly nosy. You enjoy figuring out what a company is really doing from small clues
You can write an observation in two lines without fluff
You are comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar) and know how to prompt for research rather than accepting the first answer
