Job Title: Accounts Executive/ Senior Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts / Operations
Reports To: Accounts Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily bill entries, track inventory movement, and maintain accurate stock and accounting records in the system. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, error-free data entry and support smooth coordination between accounts and warehouse/store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Bill Entry & Bill Tracking
Enter all purchase/sales bills and invoices into the system on a daily basis
Maintain a tracker of all bills received, entered, and pending — ensuring no invoice is missed or duplicated
Cross-verify bill details (vendor, amount, quantity, tax) against physical/scanned copies before entry
Flag discrepancies or missing bills to the accounts team promptly
Inventory Tracking

Maintain real-time inventory records in the system

Reconcile physical stock counts with system records periodically
Report stock discrepancies, shortages, or excess to the reporting manager




Stock Receiving (Inward)
Record incoming stock/goods against purchase orders and invoices
Verify received quantity and quality against delivery challans/invoices
Update stock-in entries in the system same-day
Stock Out (Outward)
Record stock dispatched/issued against sales orders, transfers, or internal requisitions
Ensure stock-out entries match approved orders/dispatch documents
Maintain daily stock movement logs

Accounting Support
Basic understanding of accounting entries (debit/credit, taxable value, GST components)
Support month-end reconciliation of bills, stock, and ledgers as needed
Reporting/ MIS and excel reporting

Maintain and update daily/weekly MIS reports (bill status, stock status, pending entries) in Excel
Share reports with management as required

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles (purchase/sales entries, GST basics)
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (V
