Role Description
The Sr. Systems and Network Admin is a full-time, remote role for our clients based in the US. This role is responsible for designing, implementing,



and managing enterprise systems and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Daily responsibilities include monitoring servers and network devices, performing regular maintenance and upgrades, managing user accounts and access controls, and optimizing system and network configurations.

The role also involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing advanced technical support to internal teams, enforcing security policies and best practices, and maintaining documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures. The Sr. Systems and Network Admin will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support recent deployments, capacity planning, and technology improvements aligned with ThoughtVerve’s growth and reliability objectives.
