Role Description
You'll be one of our first sales hires on the ground — building the playbook, not following one. This is a carry-the-number role: you'll identify and qualify new business opportunities, drive lead generation,



and build a robust pipeline for MagickVoice's AI voice solutions.
You'll engage prospective clients through calls, in-person meetings, and digital outreach; present product capabilities; and tailor proposals to client needs. You'll own accounts from first contact through closing, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also includes tracking market trends, feeding insights back to product and marketing, and meeting defined revenue and activity targets.

Qualifications
2-3 years in a target-driven sales role, with examples of targets you hit
Strong current business development and lead generation skills — able to build and nurture a qualified pipeline
Solid grasp of commercial concepts, including solution selling and value-based conversations
Excellent communication: clear verbal interactions, professional writing, and confident presentations to founders, bra
