About the Role

ClaimZen RCM is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager – US Healthcare RCM to lead new business development and contribute to our growth in the US healthcare market.

This is a full-cycle business development role for a commercially driven professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, understand client needs,



position the right solutions, and drive opportunities through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate current business opportunities in the US healthcare market
- Build, manage, and continuously expand a qualified sales pipeline
- Identify and engage healthcare decision-makers through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business and revenue-cycle challenges
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and tailored solution proposals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Coordinate with internal RCM and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements
