The founder sets the voice. You make sure the world hears it — social, email, PR, campaigns, events, partnerships. Marketing, the whole biscuit.

What you'll do:
– Run Instagram & Pinterest (the DMs won't answer themselves)
– Grow the community — stories that turn followers into regulars
– Execute campaigns end to end, and keep the calendar honest
– Edit short-form content — reels, cuts, captions (we'll train you)
– Work offline events: pop-ups, markets, tastings (yes, tastings)
– Court press & creators: seeding, pitching, charming
– Report on what's working — evidence, not vibes

– You thrive in chaos — startups aren't easy; that's the fun part
