Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, present product offerings, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up with prospective customers, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and collaborating with the account management team to support ongoing relationships. The role also involves resolving customer issues, promoting suitable products, meeting sales and service targets,



and providing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including consultative selling and closing techniques.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and basic pipeline management.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships and support repeat business.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
Comfort working with CRM or sales tools, and ability to maintain accurate documentation of interactions.
