Role Description The Assembly Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East, responsible for assembling and integrating electro-optic surveillance systems and related subassemblies.



The role involves reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings, performing mechanical assembly and wiring, and ensuring that components meet quality, safety, and performance standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design, electronics, and production teams, troubleshooting assembly issues, and supporting continuous improvement of assembly processes and workflows. The Assembly Engineer will also maintain documentation, follow standard operating procedures, and assist in testing and validation activities for land and aerospace applications.
Qualifications

Strong Mechanical Assembly and Mechanical Engineering skills for precision assembly and integration of electro-optic systems.
Familiarity with Automation concepts and equipment to support efficient, repeatable assembly processes.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, , or a related technical field.
