We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer / Technical Lead to lead complex software projects and provide strong technical direction to our development team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can understand a system end to end, make sound architectural decisions, guide developers through difficult technical problems, review implementation quality, and take ownership of the technical outcome of a project.

You will work closely with developers, project managers, QA, and company leadership to turn business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical direction of complex software projects from architecture through delivery.
Design and review system architecture for recent products, major features, and platform changes.
Guide developers on implementation approaches and help resolve difficult technical challenges.
Conduct code reviews and maintain strong engineering standards across the team.
Identify potential security, scalability, performance,



and maintainability issues before they become production problems.
Make architectural and technology decisions based on business requirements and long-term product needs.
Work with project managers to break complex requirements into practical technical plans.
Support technical estimation, solution design, and planning for new projects.
Mentor developers and help improve the overall engineering capability of the team.
Troubleshoot complex production issues that require understanding across multiple services or components.
Evaluate new technologies and determine where they add genuine value.
Take responsibility for the technical quality, stability, and long-term health of the projects you lead.

What We’re Looking For
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Proven experience working as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar technical leadership role.
