Role Description The Sales Executive role at Kravy is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying prospective restaurant clients, conducting product demonstrations, and clearly explaining how Kravy’s solutions improve billing, operations, and platform performance. Daily activities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline,



managing leads, scheduling and attending client meetings, and following up to close opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with the operations and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, gathering client feedback, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns. The Sales Executive is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools, meet or exceed sales targets, and represent Kravy professionally in the local market.
Qualifications
Strong skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and relationship management with restaurant or hospitality clients.
Ability to conduct effective product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a competitive market.
Solid understanding of software or SaaS sales, preferably in POS, billing, or operations tools used by restaurants.
