Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the consumer lending portfolio
Identify and pursue current business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the consumer lending customer base
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of consumer lending solutions




Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives
Provide subject matter expertise and support to the sales team to enhance their ability to effectively sell consumer lending products

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Familiarity with consumer lending products and the competitive landscape
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions
