Role Description The Team Lead role at Careerveda is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations of a functional team, set priorities, allocate tasks,



and monitor progress to ensure program and project delivery meet organizational standards. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular check-ins, facilitating collaboration across departments, and resolving operational or learner-related issues in a timely manner. The role involves coordinating with academic, placement, and operations teams to maintain quality in program delivery, optimize learner experience, and support performance metrics. The Team Lead will also contribute to process improvement, report key performance indicators, and support strategic initiatives aligned with Careerveda’s mission.
