Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Instayards is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. In this role, the Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential and commercial options. Sales Specialist will be responsible for content creation for lead generation. Daily responsibilities include creating reels, videos, conducting property visits, managing inquiries, following up on leads,



and negotiating offers to close deals. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, support smooth documentation, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. This is a commission based role. More you sell, more you earn.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
Creative Mindset, Bringing new ideas for content creation.
Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to build trust, handle queries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in Sales Management or exposure to managing pipelines, forecasting, and reporting on sales activities.
Ability to support or deliver Training related to products, processes, or sales
