Role Description
Solution Architect II – Enterprise Solutions
Translate product requirements, platform architecture, and UX designs into well-structured applications and maintainable UI flows.
Define and promote frontend standards — component architecture, state management, API integration, routing, validation, error handling, accessibility, performance, testing, code organization — and build component libraries, shared UI patterns, and engineering guidelines.
Review code daily for correctness, maintainability, test coverage, accessibility, and performance; mentor engineers through pairing, reviews, design discussions, debugging, and refactoring.
Guide component-driven architecture (boundaries, composition, lifecycle, props/events, slots, design tokens, design-system integration) and state management (local/shared/server state, caching, synchronization, loading/error states, predictable data flow).
Build reliable API integrations — contract discipline, validation, auth-aware behavior,
error handling, retries, pagination, filtering, sorting, real-time/async updates — and define testing strategy across unit, component, integration, UI, accessibility, and regression levels, with automation.
Remove technical debt — inconsistent patterns, fragile components, duplicated logic, weak accessibility, performance bottlenecks — and ensure applications are observable, performant, secure, accessible, testable, and production-ready for complex enterprise banking workflows.
Partner with backend, architecture, UX, QA, platform/DevOps, and client-facing teams so delivery speed doesn't compromise quality.
