Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home.



This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities across enterprise, institutional, and individual segments, particularly in Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, Security, and Digital Transformation training and consulting. The Business Development Manager will manage the sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Day-to-day activities include building and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing presentations, coordinating with delivery and operations teams, and maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and reports. The role also includes collaborating on go-to-market strategies, attending industry events, and contributing feedback to enhance service offerings and customer experience.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in professional training, consulting, or IT services.
