Role Description The Executive – Real Estate will manage end-to-end real estate activities, including identifying properties, coordinating site visits, and supporting negotiations for purchases, rentals, and leases. This role involves maintaining property listings, tracking market trends,



and preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use. The Executive will liaise with property owners, developers, facility teams, and clients to ensure smooth transactions and timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities include assisting with documentation, due diligence, and basic financial analysis related to property investments and operational costs. This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, requiring regular fieldwork, client interaction, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
