We’re Hiring | Social Media & Employer Branding Executive

Nextskilledge is growing, and we’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Employer Branding Executive to join our team in Noida – Sector 63.

This role is for someone who wants to build a brand, not simply manage a social media page.

What you’ll own:
✨ Showcase Nextskilledge’s culture, people and work environment
? Capture and communicate team celebrations, achievements and milestones
? Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
? Plan and execute the social media content calendar
? Identify meaningful moments within the organization and turn them into stories
? Support creative content around our academic and skilled programs
? Work closely with HR, management and internal teams
? Track engagement, reach, growth and overall content performance

Who are we looking for?
Someone who is:
• Creative, proactive and highly observant
• Strong in communication and storytelling




• Comfortable interacting with people and leadership
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• Aware of current social media trends
• Able to plan and execute content independently
• Interested in employer branding and organizational culture
• Comfortable with basic tools such as Canva
• Experience in social media/content/digital marketing is preferred

The mindset we're looking for:
Don't wait for someone to say, "Make a post about this."
Instead, think:
"Something meaningful is happening here. How can we tell this story to the world?"
