We are seeking a bright, energetic, and driven individual for the role, someone with prior HR operations experience and a desire to deepen their understanding of people processes. In this role, you will provide timely project and process support to employees, managers, and other People Team professionals, ensuring a superior service experience for those needing assistance. Additionally, you will enhance the productivity of your colleagues by supporting their projects and day-to-day tasks.
This position is based at our Powai, Mumbai office and reports to the Lead of the People Operations Team.

Responsibilities
Provide consistent and timely support and feedback to Aptia colleagues who have queries regarding People policies and processes.
Oversee and manage HR systems and processes,



including but not limited to Employee Lifecycle (Hire to Termination)
Collaborate with internal/global teams (e.g., Payroll & Advantages, People Partners) to enhance knowledge management and process improvement across service delivery centres.
Support people team in daily operations such as case management, process management, reporting etc.
Support people operations team to identify challenge and opportunity for driving excellence.
Continually maintain Aptia learning base and update Standard Operating Procedures
Responsible for managing Workday help cases and daily SLA management.
Support process change in Aptia HRMS system, make sure that employee data is updated and accurate.
Assist People Ops team in internal activities and global initiatives
Assist the team in managing reports and dashboards.

Requirements
A minimum of bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in Workday is MAND
