Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurgaon.



The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities with educators, academic institutions, startups, and organizations interested in AI-led innovation and transformation. The role includes building and managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions across AI workshops, GTM strategies, brand consulting, and MarTech services. The individual will be responsible for developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth while nurturing long-term client relationships. Regular tasks also involve market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen WNN’s presence in target markets.
Qualifications
Robust business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
