Role Description The Owner role at Sapience Automata is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Owner will provide overall strategic direction, define long-term vision,



and drive execution to advance the mission of making road safety accessible to every driver in India. Daily responsibilities include overseeing product strategy and development, guiding AI and engineering roadmaps, and aligning technology initiatives with market needs and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and managing leadership teams, establishing partnerships with industry stakeholders and government bodies, and securing resources and investments to support sustainable growth. The Owner will also be responsible for setting performance goals, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring strong organizational processes, governance, and a culture centered on safety, innovation, and ethical AI practices.
