Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Engineer role based in Pune City, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will manage the complete sales cycle for elevator components, from understanding client requirements to proposing suitable technical solutions and closing orders. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing quotations and technical proposals,



coordinating with internal engineering and production teams, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role also involves maintaining robust customer relationships, responding to inquiries, handling escalations, and supporting product demonstrations and training. The Sales Engineer will track opportunities in CRM tools, contribute to sales forecasts, and gather market feedback to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and technical solutioning skills, preferably within industrial or elevator-related products.
